Meet Dr. Kent Julius

Veterinarian. Hospital Founder. Lifelong Animal Advocate.

Dr. Kent decided to become a veterinarian at age five—and never looked back. Growing up in a small Illinois farm town, he got his start nursing a frostbitten calf back to health at age nine, sparking a lifelong passion for animal care.

After overcoming significant personal and financial challenges, he earned his veterinary degree in 1999. Since then, he’s built and led two successful hospitals in the DFW area, managing teams of 40+ staff and 8 doctors.

In 2018, Dr. Kent’s commitment to pets and community earned him a unique honor: becoming the only veterinary partner of The Star in Frisco, home of the Dallas Cowboys, and The Official Vet of the Frisco RoughRiders. 

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Kent brings skill, compassion, and purpose to every patient—guided by his faith, his service through Grace Church Plano, and the joy of raising his amazing teenage daughter.
